Professional Education and Designations Troy received a Bachelors of Arts from the University of South Florida in Tampa in 1995, with a major in Psychology. He received his AA in Business from Polk Community College in 1992. He has been a Liscensed Realtor with the State of Florida since 2001. He completed the Real Estate Appraisers courses in 2004 but is not a practicing appraiser. He has completed part 1 of the Graduate Realtor Institute. Personal Information and Background Troy is a Florida native who chose to move to St. Augustine in 1997 after visiting almost every beach on the East Coast of Florida from Jacksonville to Key West.  He grew up in Lakeland Florida and spent a few years in Tennessee.  He moved to Tampa Florida for college and spent some time after graduation working in the customer service field.  After that he chose to move to St. Augustine for the beach, history and laid back atmosphere. The same things that attracted him to the area have kept him here for nine years. He is an avid surfer who enjoys taking snowboarding, camping and scuba diving trips. He currently lives near Crescent Beach with his girlfriend Michelle and their two cats in the home that they designed and had built.
