Welcome to St. Augustine, Palm Coast, St. Augustine Beach, Palatka, Flagler Beach, World Golf Village, bank foreclosures, REOs and everything Real Estate.  Let me start by telling you just a little about myself.  I have been selling real estate in St. Augustine and the surrounding areas since 2000.  I have lived in St. Augustine since 1997.  I moved here shortly after receiving my bachelor's degree from USF in Tampa.  I have lived in Florida most of my life and after visiting almost every beach on the East Coast, I decided to make St. Augustine my home.  I came for the surf, the laid back atmosphere and the history.  On top of that you have many world class golf courses, great restaurants, boating on the St. Johns, kayaking the intra-coastal and too many other water sports to mention.  It's a great place to live and work.
